Fun Stuff

Not much progress–but a little.

I painted the oars bright red with a custom mix of Tamiya red and white–and glued them into the boat with Tombo Multi Glue. I put a drop of glue on the paddle of each oar and lowered them into place. I’m aware that the whole layout of the boat represents some kind of “just after” or “just before” an excursion situation. To represent the ship as it would have appeared most of the time, the boat should be tied down and the oars should be secure.

I’m aware.

The captain gave me a GOOD talking-to.

Revell’s figures are known for being outstanding. This is 1/87 or 1/96 scale depending upon whether you’re conservative or reformed.

I also tied some of the infinity of little blocks into place

Bye for now!
